My Black is NOT Cracking.

Dear Readers & Subscribers,

This blog had a birthday and I almost forgot! I wanted to take this time to thank my subscribers and readers for supporting this blog over the past year. Thank you for giving me your time! Thank you for your kind words and your suggestions!

It is my sincere hope that you found both inspiration and useful information over the last year. It has been rewarding to hear from some of you that you have implemented some of the lifestyle changes suggested in my posts and have had pleasing results.

I have learned so much over the past 18 months, researching and writing this blog. There were times where it was a real challenge to get it done, but I was determined to be thorough and consistent. I am always looking to learn and share new things, especially those that I believe are better for us as women, better for us as humans, and better for the planet overall.

I hope that I will somehow, always have the time or make the time (not that you can make time!) to continue to learn and share. While it became difficult to get the WoW podcast off the ground over the past year, I am committed to launching a podcast in the very near future as well as continuing to write my stage play, “Hormones & Happy Hour.”

AND, I feel comfortable stating that I should have my merch available by early Summer.
