My Black is NOT Cracking.

I'm not Aging. I'm appreciating in value!

Text graphic introducing 'What Now?' featuring topics on real stories, real reinvention, and real life after 60 on a black background.

Last week I wrote a post, and I said:

Courage now doesn’t look like jumping without a net. It looks like me and my trusty notebooks, my investment spreadsheet open, deep breaths taken and still saying to myself, “I believe in myself enough to try.”

I promised myself that before my birthday, I would take one step toward at least one of my goals.

I didn’t know exactly what that step would be yet.

Well…

Here it is.

I’m launching What Now Conversations” and theWhat Now Newsletter.”

Real stories. Real reinvention. Real life after 60.

This is something that’s been growing quietly inside me for a long time.  (Yes, something positive can still come to life in there!) Years. And, not just an idea, but a calling.

What Now? is a question many of us eventually ask.
When life shifts.
When roles change.
When identities evolve.
When we realize we still have more life to live.

Because at some point, whether you’re 42, 57, or 73, you start wondering:

What matters to me now? How do I stay strong and independent? What do I want the rest of my life to feel like? Is it too late to reinvent myself?

Part of my mission is to amplify the voices of people in their Third Act who are redefining what aging looks like, with courage, humor, honesty, and bold living.

Through conversations and stories, we’ll also explore the real stuff people don’t always talk about out loud:

• body changes and embracing aging
• invisibility
• menopause
• grief
• loneliness
• health challenges
• caring for aging parents + caregiver burnout
• career and identity shifts
• late-life entrepreneurs

This space is for truth.
For possibility.
For reinvention.
For anyone asking:

What now?

And although my focus is on 60+, you don’t have to wait until you are 60!

My mission with What Now? Is to help individuals 50+ to navigate the Third Act with: (Middle age starts a lot sooner than 50! Statistically speaking, it’s 40 for women!)

  • strength
  • vitality
  • humor
  • creativity
  • purpose

This is not “anti-aging.” This is pro-living.

This is me betting on myself.

Not because I’m fearless.
But because I finally understand something:

Fear doesn’t mean stop.
It means step.

So, this is my step. I may trip. I may even fall, (No broken hips here!) but I’m taking the step. And as always, IF I fall, I will get up and keep it moving.

If this spoke to you, please share my content and upcoming launch with someone who might be quietly wondering what comes next for them. (Now that I have announced it, please hold me accountable! Of course, I now have to work around that time clock! My goal is to start monthly and eventually publish weekly.)

And remember:

You’re not just aging.
You’re appreciating in value.

Would love to hear from you!
